These terms apply when you book or use services from Kiras Medium. The purpose is to provide clarity regarding booking, payment, cancellation, and what you can expect from our services.

Our Services

Kiras Medium offers personal and spiritual guidance, private sessions, group guidance, and energy alignment in the home. The services are based on intuition, conversation, reflection, and energy work.

Our services are intended as support for personal reflection and well-being. They do not replace professional advice in healthcare, psychology, law, finance, or other specialist areas.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

During a session or guidance, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome, a particular experience, or contact with a specific person. We work intuitively and convey what we experience as clearly, gently, and respectfully as possible.

Each experience is individual. You are responsible for how you interpret the guidance and the decisions you make after a session or other service.

Health and Medical Matters

Kiras Medium does not treat illnesses, make diagnoses, or provide medical advice. We do not offer guidance regarding pregnancy, medical conditions, medication, or other medical treatments.

If you have health concerns, medical questions, or mental health issues, you should always contact healthcare services or other qualified professional help. Never discontinue or change medication or treatment without first consulting a doctor.

Booking and Location

Services are booked by agreement. Kiras Medium offers services at customers' homes in Borlänge, Falun, and nearby areas.

Travel within Borlänge and Falun municipalities is included unless otherwise stated. For longer trips, travel costs may apply as specified for each service.

Payment

Payment is made after the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed. You can pay via Swish or in cash.

The current price is stated for each service or as agreed upon at booking.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible so that the time can be offered to someone else. Of course, there is no cancellation fee, and you will not be charged if you cancel.

Cancellation can be made via email or the contact method used for booking.

Confidentiality and Respect

We handle what is shared during a session or guidance with respect and discretion. Personal information and conversations are treated carefully.

We also expect respectful behavior from you as a customer. If a situation feels inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful, Kiras Medium reserves the right to terminate the service.
